This website is operated by Fiverings Digital Private Limited ("Fiverings Digital", "we", "us"), a company registered in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. ItsTime is our venue-management software product for sports venues and academies. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why, and the choices you have. We handle personal data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).
1. What we collect
The only personal data this website collects is what you type into the Founder Cohort waitlist form:
- Your name
- Your venue or academy name and type
- Your city
- Your WhatsApp / phone number
- Your email address (optional)
We do not run advertising trackers on this site. Our hosting provider may log standard technical information (such as IP address and browser type) needed to serve the site securely.
2. Why we collect it, and on what basis
We use your details for one purpose: to contact you about ItsTime — to confirm your waitlist place, answer your questions, arrange a demonstration, and share Founder Cohort updates. The legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box before submitting the form. We do not use your details for any unrelated purpose.
3. Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your personal data, ever. Your details may pass through service providers we use to operate — such as our website host, our form-handling service, and WhatsApp (Meta) when we message you there — each acting only to deliver that service. We may disclose data if required by law.
4. How long we keep it
We keep your waitlist details for as long as needed to run the Founder Cohort programme and follow up with you. If you withdraw consent or ask us to delete your details, we will remove them from our active records promptly, keeping only what the law requires us to retain.
5. Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you may, at any time:
- Ask what personal data of yours we hold, and get a copy;
- Ask us to correct or update it;
- Ask us to erase it;
- Withdraw your consent to being contacted — after which we will stop, without any penalty to you;
- Raise a grievance about how your data has been handled.
To exercise any of these, contact us using the details below. We will respond within a reasonable time, and in any case within the timelines the law prescribes.
6. Children
This website and the waitlist form are intended for venue and academy operators, who are adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18 through this site. If you believe a minor has submitted details, contact us and we will delete them.

8. Changes to this policy
